That made me thinking I want to do something similar of my city. Thats why I have planned to do a similar project of Aalborg, Denmark with a mix of time lapse, video and a lot of people and a nice song.

It will be a challenge, and I hope to learn a lot and continue develop myself by seek strangers on the street of Aalborg to ask for a picture.

The Weather today in Denmark is a blue sky and nothing else.

Some say that you need a lot of snow to being skiing down the mountain.. And you need a mountain to do that. But this video proves your’re wrong!  This video has so much awesomeness in it that even after I’ve seen it 10 timers I still smile every time I see it. This is just epic!

I hope you all get a really nice day with some good food, a lot of gifts (not the soft ones) and some good times with your family :)

The Gatebil Experience takes palce at the Gatebil car festival at the track of Rudskogen in Norway and is filmed over two envents in July and September 2011. This was my first time at Gatebil, but certainly not the last times. Gatebil is awesome. An entire weekend full of high performance cars, an awesome atmosphere, a lot of media guys, the smell of gasoline all the time, burn tires in your eyes and the sound of 9000 RPM from an awesome new Rudskogen track makes these weekends some of the best weekends of all year! Actually the new layout of the track was just finished a week before the main event of the year!

The track is full of drifting cars at the whole day with more than 50+ cars at the track at the same time, the spectators sits close to the track and watch the awesomeness while you can get free limited edition Fredric Aasbø stickers at the Need For Speed stand. What more do you need?

And when the night turns over and the track gets closed for the day, DJs play the sound all night long at a great open concert besides the track.

At International Drift Series round 6 at Nürburgring in Germany Gregers participated for the first time against other PRO drivers. He did it so well that he made a great impression on the judges and the other drivers and made it into Top 16. Overall Gregers was one of – if not the fastet driver on the track at IDS!

For the 2012 season Gregers will be participating into Scandinavian drift events together with driving in the International Drift Series overall in Europe. Want to help him finance all of the trips? Contact Gregers at +45 41 69 26 90

And oh my god…

This must be some of the most insane driving I ever has seen, if we look away from my own driving in the Gran Theft Auto game-series.

Apparently the truck drivers have to fight them self through the traffic to get first to the traffic accidents before the opponent trucks as they will not get any paid without the jobs. Using some police sirens and creative driving, this one gets to the crash scene first, almost making a few accidents itself on its way.

LifeBlasters.com is about everyting, it’s about celebrading of blasting life with all from drifting and cars to puppies and demostrations. I have been talking with some of the guys in the past few months and they are all really cool! You allready know two of them, Justin Shreeve and Joe Ayala from Tandem of Die.

I showed you guys a video from the last Gatebil event in July were Tandem of Die also visited Gatebil and filmed this awesome video. I think the video is fantastic and really shows the feelings behind all the tire-burning and drifting from Team Yellow.

Last time I didn’t got the chance to say hello to the American guys because of bad planning (we came up with the idea of going to Gatebil at Thursday evening were the events starts Friday morning), but this time – were I spend three days at Rudskogen Motorsenter – I finally had the chance to say hello and see how they work.

I must say, these guys are awesome. So cool. I love their humor, how they work and how helpful they are. We had a great time and I got an insight of how they work, which I can use for my own work.

Thanks for the stickers, Joe and Justin, thanks for the inspiration and thanks for the good time. I really hope to see you again next year :)

Besides meeting the Tandem of Die, I also meet several other media-guys from the worldwideweb at Rudskogen, people I have talked with, seen their good work on the internet but never meet in real life. This were both Ronny Thomasson aka JAMedia from Sweeden, Daniel “The Norwegian Kid” Hovdahl who work and film for drifted.com and Egil Håskjold, Norway, who are taking some amazing photos. It was really nice to see you all!

But the problem is just as I don’t got any television, I hate televisions, and I hate the programe. I tell you why;

1) Why I hate televisions. I don’t like the idea of some random program-director telling me what I should See when. I want the freedom of self chose what to See when I want it, and not being dependent on the time it is broadcasted. And I don’t like the idea of paying for DR (Denmark’s Radio) and TV without the possible of saying NO if I don’t like it or use it. Right now, as I don’t see TV at all and don’t have a television, I am bounded to pay several thousand a year to both DR and the local tv-society in my city without the possibility of cancel the agreement.

2) Why I hate the program (shown above). I love the idea of show the danish population the possibilities of a modern dSLR camera. But I don’t think the program does it to the best as they almost don’t go deeper into the stuff. And in the small program of 12 minutes, over half of the time is used on showing examples from Vincent LaForet and Philip Bloom e.g. – a time they could use better on going deeper in the stuff.

But I have got some Apple gadgets former in life. Back in the old days I had one of the iPod Classic mp3 players. That was at the time when no-one know the name Apple, and everyone thinks I was an idiot using that much money on a mp3 player. But a year later, everyone had a iPod, and later everyone had an iPhone.

But what I want to show you is this shortfilm shot on the new iPhone 4S. I know a lot of the quality is from the post production, but I think the quality is brilliant when you think it’s from a small computer that fits into your pocket, and that the same device can do a lot of other things than only filming video.

With that says I still think I’m keeping my Canon dSLR camera, as I like the size of it, that you can hold on it without your fingers gets in front of the lens, and you can get tons of extra equipment.
